Why Mayfair 101 invested in Smart City Bright Innovations

Updated: Nov 28, 2019

James Mawhinney says Mayfair 101 invested in Bright Innovations because of the fund's interest in the growth opportunities of smart city technology, and to quote The Economist -"data is the new oil"

Bright Innovations Chairman Jon Brett says the company is targeting an IPO, and continues to expand its smart city technology with a rollout to a Melbourne residential estate.

Brett is a former director of Vocus Communications (ASX:VOC), an ASX top 100 company.
