Mayfair 101 Secures Interest in Major Indian Financial Services Group

Mayfair 101 has facilitated the purchase by Singapore's Northvale Technology Partners of a controlling interest in the Vadodara Stock Exchange, which became recognised as a stock exchange by the Indian Government in 1990.
The investment provides Mayfair 101 with access to a network of 300 brokers, over 100,000 trading accounts and a group with over USD2b in annual turnover.
Mayfair 101's Managing Director, James Mawhinney, commented "We are delighted to be the major financier of this transaction. This strategic investment provides Mayfair 101 with access to a substantial pool of capital and deal flow from one of the world's leading economies."
