Mayfair 101 has taken a stake in AdBit Media which offers a blockchain solution for media buying.

"It's obviously it is a market that is well established... and certainly a marketplace for media is something that the market really needs" says Mayfair 101 Managing Director, James Mawhinney.

Current processes for buying media are built on legacy systems and are complex and inefficient to deal with. The Ciinch platform means that media buyers use only one system to place all the media they are buying, rather than using multiple systems to place advertising.

"AdBit Media... has decided to take blockchain technology on board basically to create transparency in an industry that is rife with dark magic"
