Mayfair 101 portfolio company, Accloud, announces the appointment of two new Board members, Elaine Connor as Chief Financial Officer and Isabel Napper as a Non-Executive Director.

Elaine joins Accloud as Chief Financial Officer with expertise in delivering strong financial stewardship at fast-growth businesses from startups to multinational corporations across several industries. Elaine is an experienced chartered accountant, who has previously served as CFO at the international communications agency MSLGROUP, which has 100 offices and over 2,300 employees in 40 countries, and CFO of Viacom International Media Networks.
Currently, Elaine serves as Treasurer and Board Trustee at Doctors of the World UK. In 2017 Elaine established a consultancy which provides CFO support to CEOs and senior leadership teams.
Isabel joins the Board as Non-Executive Director with more than 30 years’ experience of advising leading public and private companies in a variety of sectors. Accloud looks forward to Isabel’s contribution in business development, navigating regulatory issues and strategic insight as the Company looks to rapidly expand in India and internationally in the coming years. Isabel is a qualified solicitor and was previously a Partner at the international law firm Mills & Reeve, where she led its technology offering. She has experience as a Non-Executive Director at the technology and life sciences firms Scientific Digital Imaging Plc and Health Enterprise East Ltd among others.
Isabel is currently a consultant and Non-Executive Director of the business strategy consultancy GreyWired, which she founded in 2015, and volunteers as a mentor to startups at HRH Prince Andrew’s Pitch@Palace. She was named a 100 Women to Watch by Cranfield’s 2018 Female FTSE Report, and was pro bono Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity from 2017 to 2019.
