James is founder of Mayfair 101, a boutique investment group with a portfolio spanning more than 10 countries.  He has substantial commercial experience in local and overseas markets in investment management, mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPO's), initial coin offerings (ICO's) and high growth businesses. 


James has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Investment Finance Major) and over a decade of online marketing experience, having co-founded and scaled a digital marketing company that he subsequently listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).  He consults to a portfolio of technology companies on how to access capital and scale their businesses internationally, with a particular focus on the fintech and big data sectors.

Brigette works alongside James Mawhinney at Mayfair 101, a boutique investment group with an interest spanning more than 10 countries. Gary Davis has been involved in a large number of successful Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), which included ‘ProMedia Limited’ and ‘Tribeca’. He was a Founding Director of ‘Tribeca’, an on-line compliance training business, which was sold to The Washington Post. He was a founder of ‘AdStream’, a company that developed tools enabling the circulation of advertising messages in ‘real time’ in all media environments.

He is a major founder of Enhanced Energy Recovery Limited (EER), which delivers enhanced oil recovery technology in an environmentally sustainable way. He has an ongoing involvement with this business.

He is also a principal founder of iPowow Ltd.

Gary J.
